January proves to be exciting month so far, I absolutely loved our shoot last week with my model from ‘Queen of Frogs’ project. The make-up was done by Charlotte White and even though it was her first time creating art on someone else than herself I would say she did work on professional level. We had three looks – 1) dark, almost Gothic-esque but with palpable fashion tints, 2) golden, glowing, daring and 3) decadent – femme fatale type of look in leather and natural outdoor light. This was one of the times when I truly appreciate how lucky I am not only to work with artistic professionals from the fashion industry but also to be surrounded by beauty in and out as they happen to be also some exceptional characters.
I am very much looking forward to the One World Week fashion show, it’s so soon – next week (where did the time go)! I am currently retouching the photographs from a vintage shoot we did yesterday which was a Christmas present for lovely Monika from her sister Yoana. Maria did great job with the makeup (I can always count on her) and Jane did her magic with the hair creating Marilyn Monroe look.
The weather is still freezing with not much signs of improvement so I am sat by the heater sipping my coffee and doing my best to be as productive as possible. Hope you, guys, are also having an enjoyable weekend.
