Dear friends, I’ve been silent for a while, I know but that’s because I’ve been moving home. This would probably be the 6th or 7th time since I arrived in the UK 8 years ago (scary how quickly time flies). As every move, it’s been a challenge, moreover in the last 4 years I’ve lived in the same house and among the regular cutlery and random stuff, this time I had to move a photographic and an artist studio with me…. ah, and the books…. : ) Shadow, however, adapted really really quickly, he absolutely loved the new place, he even had two dinners on the first night and there is plenty for him to explore, claw(yes, that’s a verb), climb on, observe and cuddle. Boxes, boxes, boxes… literally everything is in boxes… I’ve been ploughing through them in the last couple of weeks frantically trying to put my peace back together and return to painting, haha… And I can’t find words to thank enough everyone who has helped me with the move, especially Maria Hopper with whom we’ve managed to move and assemble (mostly her…well, entirely her to be frank on the assembly part) a huge bookcase, 4 chairs and 1 armchair to the new place.
Meanwhile, thanks to the amazing Grace Newman form UK Artists I am currently having an exhibition at Gallery at The Dentistry on 29 Leicester Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4TD. It’s free for visitors and you don’t have to be a patient in order to attend. It’s one Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Hence, I would probably not have the chance to see it myself, however I hope you all will be able to enjoy it for me. I have also extended my stand time at LOTT Bazaar until the end of March, so if you are ever in Leamington Old Town, feel free to pop by. I have two originals, couple of prints, key-rings and colourful cards on display. My Ichtys book can also be found there.
Look forward to sharing more adventures from my new future studio : ) Hope you all have a beautiful weekend!
